Even though we have reached out to our clients who benefited from the CEBA (Canadian Emergency Business Account), we want to clarify the repayment date for the CEBA loan.

Unfortunately, in the CTV Vancouver morning news this morning, it was reported that the CEBA repayment date is December 31, 2022. The CEBA repayment date was extended to December 31, 2023, by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) back on January 12, 2022.

All CEBA accounts in good standings will find their repayment date moved to December 31, 2023. Your financial institution that manages the CEBA loan will confirm this with its account holders.
