• Note that your Government Registry will only search the company names until it finds one available. For example, if your First Company Name is not available, the Government Registry will search your second choice. If it is available, your third company name choice will not be searched.
• We strongly suggest that you search your desired company name choices against the existing Canadian Company Registry (third-party site – select here to access).
• Unless advised, to expedite your company name request, we process the requested name search as a priority and apply an additional government fee. For example, the expedited name search costs $100 extra but returns results within 72 hours, rather than 2-3 weeks.
